Additionally, Excellence International will offer business advisory services that will enable firms to achieve the overall objectives.

SOURCE OF FUNDING
Since the idea of Excellence International evolved, the funding has been obtained from the president, Miss Abigail Tetteh MBA. But now Excellence International will be funded by angel investors. Some applications have already been made and Quick Angels have responded. Quick Angels offer a maximum of USD1Million depending on how negotiations go

CLIENT STRATEGY
From the conception stage, Excellence International has tried to access clients through recommendations, word of mouth publicity and cost effective social media. But now as part of the capital, Quick Angels will help to bring in the media for a fast and wide reach of clients

VISION AND MISSION
Excellence international aspires to be a multinational management consultancy firm within the shortest possible time. The president Miss Abigail Tetteh MBA has already travelled to several countries to distribute the proposals. These countries include Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom-Great Britain, Thailand, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Togo and many others. It is anticipated that these proposals will be responded to very soon

TEAMWORK
It is very vital to have people in the organization who are valuable talents and assets to the firm. For this reason, Excellence International will need assistance to employ a CEO and executive assistants at the front office as well as relevant management consultancy positions to enable the firm obtain the overall objectives

EXPECTED REVENUE
Due to the intensity of marketing that will be done, massive amounts clients could be accessed. So if an expected amount of ten clients show up in a month, and our services are priced at USD10000 per service, our monthly expected revenue will be USD100,000. This multiplied by 12 months in a year will be USD1,200,000.
